Our work reflects that international and cross-sector hybridity. Sometimes that means we are working with governments designing policy in the face of global crises, executives reshaping their organizations or entering new markets, program officers launching new field operations, or entrepreneurs scaling an early stage platform. Our clients and partners have ranged from Global 100 cloud services, electronics and industrials companies, to the World Health Organization, to the leadership of the governments of the Republic of Georgia and the United Arab Emirates, and a whole slew of social enterprises large and small. We believe that hybridity is our secret weapon and what allows us to see challenges and solutions differently, by finding patterns and opportunities that others don’t.

Founded in 2019 by Jessica Majno, we are built to be agile without the overhead of large firms. We regularly draw on a network of partners to bring in the right surgical blend of talent and expertise to fit our client’s needs.
